Logging into Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or any other ad platform to build a campaign for your business can be overwhelming. Even "simplified" experiences such as Google Ads Express come at the cost of versatility and effectiveness. Then you contact a PPC agency or specialist to manage your campaigns for you, and they have a complicated PPC management pricing structure which include setup fees, limited keywords, extra fees for Shopping campaigns, and so on.

Our goal is to truly simplify the process while maintaining the effectiveness and ROI that you should expect from an agency. As part of two of our PPC packages, you get a dedicated account manager who you can contact with your questions and requests. Your campaigns are built, managed, and tested by experts with a data-driven, ROI-focused approach.

And when we say unlimited keywords, ad groups, and ads, we mean exactly that. However, we will structure accounts, campaigns, and ad groups according to best practices and our experts' recommendations. For example, if your campaign only has two ad groups, we probably won't be bidding on more than ~40 keywords. Or, if your business goals are to focus solely on product sales, we will probably advise against a brand exposure campaign on Facebook.

We ask that clients begin our engagement with an idea of which goals they want to accomplish, how much they would like to spend, and what their target audience is. We can help you iron out the details by providing data and recommendations.

You will need the ability to modify the code on your website so that we can send the necessary tracking scripts.

To expedite the launch of your campaigns, ideally you would have an ad account already created on the platform of choice, but we can assist with that as well if needed.

Lastly, we ask that clients have Google Analytics installed on their website. For Google Ads campaigns, this allows us to import conversion goals and data, and for all platforms it allows us to easily import data for your 24/7 live reporting.

Your credit card will be charged every month for the PPC management package and pricing you have selected. This does not include your ad spend (campaign budget). That will consist of separate charges directly from the ad platform on which you are running campaigns. 

As part of the campaign build process, we will help you get your payment preferences set up in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, Bing Ads, or LinkedIn Ads, if needed. Those platforms have their own policies on how often you get charged. For example, Google Ads will charge you on the 1st of every month or whenever your balance reaches your payment threshold (e.g. $500). 

No. It is against our policy to pay for your campaigns and bill you for what was spent. The ad platform will charge your credit card directly.

We aim to get your campaigns built and launched within three weeks of sign up. This may be affected by the size and complexity of your campaign, as well as any needed tracking configuration.

After signing up for a PPC package, you will immediately receive an email to schedule a kickoff call with an account manager, during which we will discuss your goals, needs, strategy, and answer any questions you might have. Following that call, you will receive instructions on how to grant Interactually access to all of the necessary accounts so that we can get started.

Over the course of the next couple weeks, our team will build your campaigns, write your ads, configure tracking, and set up reporting, keeping you updated along the way. You will get a chance to review and approve the campaigns prior to launch.

Yes! One of our pet peeves is agencies that create their clients' ad accounts which means they retain primary ownership, and can essentially hold that account hostage; if the client leaves, so does their ad account and all of their data.

We ask that our clients create their own ad account so that they are the primary owners. If you choose to end your campaigns or have someone else manage them, you will still have the campaigns, ads, and assets that we built as well as all of the performance data. 

Our Basic package allows you to run up to two campaigns on the ad platform of your choice, and the Standard package allows you to run up to four campaigns on up to two ad platforms. The number of campaigns and the number of ad platforms is unlimited as part of our Enterprise package.

For other platforms and campaign types, we can give recommendations and forecasted results at different budget levels using historical data and industry benchmarks. You will have access to a live 24/7 dashboard where all your primary KPIs are shown for any date range you select: clicks, impressions, conversions (which could be sales, leads, telephone calls, etc.), cost, cost per lead, and much more. Your goals, measured against these KPIs, will determine whether the campaigns are effective.
The ongoing optimizations our account managers make might include regular changes to ad copy, keywords (and negative keywords), bid adjustments, split testing, ad asset management, changes to audience, and much more. However, a comprehensive list of possible changes would be too long and much too varied, because we follow the data and make changes based on the metrics that most need attention.
If needed, certainly. We will make sure Google Analytics is installed on your website (possibly through the installation of Google Tag Manager) and configure conversion goals as needed. Conversion codes and tracking pixels installed will depend on the ad platform(s) we are running campaigns on, but the client is responsible for installing the scripts we send.

Our team is 100% focused on advertising and do not have an an-house design or production team. We're happy to provide some referrals if you are in need of design or development work.

We ask that our clients come ready with applicable assets, including video if you want to run a video ads, and relevant landing pages. We will, however, provide recommendations and split test certain elements to improve upon the performance of your assets.

Anything that is not listed in your package details can be considered out of scope. This might include working with your sales team on integration with your CRM platform, expanding or modifying our reporting, configuring new tracking, and more.
